Got the refusal today reason they give is boi regulated by rbi is not mentioned. Should i go for ar or not?

They dint even call for interview, pls suggest

he got the ''r'' today reasons ''boi'' and ''rbi'' should he go for ''ar''?
they dent even call him for ''i'' can you please ''s'' him ''s''?

I think its Bank of India (boi)
RBI (Reserve bank of india)
