What Form to use for Naturalization for Child having ILR

Hi,

My Family ( Myself, wife and Daughter) go the ILR last year July (2012) and I am planing to apply for Naturalization .

But Iam not sure what form to use for my daughter as she was born in India

and Is it AN form should be used for my Wife as well
