Spouse Visa Extension Cohabitation documents

Post by seekit » Thu Oct 10, 2013 2:15 pm

Hi,

I m uk citizen and my wife is going to join me on dependant visa soon here in UK. I've got a question that when we'll apply for her extension after two years what cohabitation documents do we need to provide? I rent a room in shared house and no bills are on my name. I can get her to open a bank account similarly i can add her to one of my bank accounts to make it joint account. We'll have rental agreement on both of our names. I can get her have a driving license etc. What else do we need? How many documents will be sufficient? And do we need to keep all those bank statements and documents for 2 years or just 6 months are enough?

Thanks
