DISCRETIONARY LEAVE GOING TO EXPIRE SOON ... NEED SUGGESTION

Respected Members/Mr. Amit,

Here i am going disclose my scenario. I am in Uk since sept, 2004 and My current visa (Discretionary Leave Granted on HUMAN RIGHT BASE (ARTICLE-8) is going to finish in November,2013. So According to my knowledge i can extend my visa on same category as i have private life according to (Articel - so guess am i eligible to extend visa on this category. As from sept,04 to Nov,13 , it will be 9 years and 2 months. For settlement on 10 years bases i need 10 more months right? And i have one more query that after granted my discretionary visa i got marry and my wife came to UK on student visa. So in my extension can i join her as my dependent in discretionary leave visa extension. i need special advise or suggestion on this topic please.

As long as i know i have to do FLR(O) application. But what other documents i can keep to support my application.

Does anyone have sample of LETTER OF SUPPORT FROM FREIND AND FAMILY?

I will be thankful if anyone can advice me on this.

Once you have extended your DLR and then being granted ILR subsequent to SET(LR) after 10 valid and continuous years your spouse may be able to apply for FLR(M) subject to the financial requirement amongst others.

Hi,
First of all who took interest in my post and advice suggestions, i am very thankful to everyone. As i have been granted discretionary leave for next 3 years till Dec,2013. So hopefully i can apply my ILR by the end of September, 2014 as my 10 years will be complete. Any suggestions regarding required documents for SET (LR). Thanks you so much guyz !!!

I think you mean valid till December 2016

Very basic documents for SET(LR), passport(s), LIUK, B1 English.....

yes sorry it is dec,2016. how and what other things i have to keep in mind while making set(lr) application. And which other more documents can support this application better.
