EEA4 Enquiry Please I really need help on it

Hi,

My wife is french and I am from Pakistan. We married in November 2008 in Scotland and I was on my Post Study Work permit. I had applied for my EEA 2 and I had received in almost 3 months time. Now from last one year we are living separately i.e. I am in Glasgow and she is in Edinburgh as both are working. We separated because we have so many issues and it was a fight every day in between us. My wife wants divorce and I am going to apply my EEA 4 next week. I just need some help please,

1) As obviously we are living separately from last one year we now have two different addresses in two different cities in my EEA4 Application. Will it effect my EEA4 application that we are not living together in a same city?

2) Also if my wife files a divorce on the basis that we are seperately living from last one year and divorce happen as well as my EEA 4 will still be pending, will it effect my application to UKBA. and also should I let UKBA know that my wife has filed a divorce.
