Dear Readers,

single question and I would really appreciate if you guys say something on it

at college or academy where services said to be courses being offered to individuals. what will be be the type of contract?

normally interested candidates full in application form pay the fee attend the classes of course and take their certificates on completion.

in such a scenario as this can an application form be considered a contract as this application has all details from prospective student and terms and conditions?

looking at the nature of business that is how students sign up for a course as every business has its own type and way of doings or designing things i.e. contracts

have your say please

thanks...
