can i use my tier 2 ICT visa for different client

Currently i have got my tier 2 ICT short term visa for a particular client. but now the requirement is not present. so can i use this visa for a different client or should i get a new visa

The sponsor is supposed to be your employer. If you're not working for them anymore you'd need a new sponsor, new CoS and new stamp in passport.
