Convert from Tier 2 to ILR Dependent

Post by takeitfrome » Fri Oct 11, 2013 10:43 am

Hi,
Wonder if someone can help me here.
I hold ILR Settlement Visa at present which I got after completing 5 years on Tier-1 General visa. My wife, currently has Tier-2 General visa on her own (she is not a dependent on my visa).
We would like to convert her visa from Tier 2 to my ILR dependant visa. Is it possible for her to apply in–country, if yes what is the correct application I have use.
I am bit confused which one to use.
Should I use
• Tier 1, 2 or 5 PBS Dependant From
• FLR (M)
• SET (M)

She can apply on FLR(M) but her qualifying period would be reset, a 5 year route to settlement.
