VERY URGENT HELP - OCI CARD EDINBURGH

Hello, Thank you all for your time in replying to this query. I require some urgent information on OCI card application.

1. Do we need to send our foreign passport (French passport) for applying for OCI card or just the self-attested photocopies of the foreign passport is sufficient

2. The guidance form gives the London address but the application form when selected based on area where i live gives Edinburgh address. Could you say me as to which address I need to forward my OCI application. FYI, I am based in Aberdeen UK.
