Urgent CoS request

Hi Guys,

Can somebody tell me how long UKBA takes to issue a new CoS for an urgent requirement? I understand that there is a sitting on either 10 or 11th of every month for allocating the CoS to companies.

Hi,
I do not think so.
But maybe a sponsor who has a Premium License, can ask for urgent CoS.
My previous sponsor has a B license and it took about a month till I got it.

The monthly panel is for restricted CoS (where the job is not on the shortage occupation list or the overseas national is not already here on work permit or PSW etc).

If your CoS is "unrestricted" it can be issued same-day.
