Investment from Joint account or business account?

Hi all
Wondering if anybody can give expert advis on it.
We kept £50000 in joint account during application. Now we like to invest (for business lease and Car) £23000 in our business. We have't transfer the money into business account yet.
Not sure which account we should spent all this money from-joint or transfer to business as director loan and expand.

better transfer it into business account and spend it through business account however not mandatory as u can spend from any account and later give documents to accountant will adjust accordingly.
