How to register a Company In Uk

Please can someone guide me on how to obtain the following Documents?

HRMC Welcome Letter
Certificate of incorporation
company information
memorandom of association

go to compnay house website and register ur company and get

Certificate of incorporation
company information
memorandom of association

as part of registration ur details will be passed on to HMRC too and u will be contacted by HMRC later and receive

HRMC Welcome Letter
