Password vs P60 and Salary slip middle name issue

Hi Friends,

I will be eligible to apply for ILR in Jan. Today I was checking my all document & I found discrepancy in my P60 and Salary slip compering against my password and other documents.

My password and other documents are containing my fullname (including middle name). But my P60 and Salary slip is not containing middle name.

Just wanted to know, will this impact to processing my ILR application ? If yes, what are the solution to tackle this situation ?
