Dear All,

Our appeal is scheduled on 15th Nov.

Reasons for refusal were :

1) No landline no. on contracts provided.

2) Certificate for Incorporation was not original. Printed ONLINE.

Our contracts are up and running with regular incomes every month.

50 K still in our account.

All suggestions for the appeal will be appreciated.

certificate of incorporation is not required but current appointment report is, make sure you understand and using the right words, this point will not stay as an objection if CAR was provided with application.

no land line is arguable in court because your client did not or does not have one and you can not make anyone to have one..

@ Ace Venture, your appeal is 99% guarantee to be successful if your solicitor argue on Evidential flexibility as you stated that your business is running with regular monthly incomes.

Ommission of landline and CAR print-out not been original is just a silly excuse from the caseworker who should have requested for further documents if in doubt, make sure that you guys take along with you to the appeal hearing all the invoices, bank statements and all other documents relating to your business and the HO representative will have no basis to challenge you at the hearing.

I had a discussion with my Solicitor about it.

He suggested to submit the documents on the last moment as the HO is withdrawing the decisions and there are chances to again prolonging the case.

The HO caseworker can later refuse on the basis of genuinity test.

I wont be surprised if the HO caseworker does that So wanna try the best to get a decision in the appeal itself.

I believe that genuinety test cannot be apply to your case if your business is already trading. It usually apply to those that cannot show any evidence of readiness for business.

The probablity was bcos , they can be wierd and argue that u were not doin bzness before this Visa application.
