visa application centre appointment in Lahore - routine??

Hi

My wife tomorrow has an appointment in Lahore to submit her visa application, i shall be going with her.

Can anyone give me some tips/advice and information of what these application submission appointments consist of?

I shall be using the Lahore centres Premium serve if this helps.
