Naturalization after ILR - Urgent

Hi,

I arrived in the UK on HSMP on 28 Sept 2007.
ILR approved: 8 Dec 2012.

I have been a UK resident for 6 years now. Can I apply for Naturalisation on this basis or do I have to wait till 8 Dec 2013 to complete 1 year on ILR status?
