Hi guys,
My wife came to the UK as my dependant back in the days when I was studying in the UK under Tier 4 (General) visa. After that I received PSW visa and she extended her visa as my dependant on the same time.
Now I am going to apply for Tier 2 (General) visa and she is also going to apply with me on the same time as my dependant. Obviously we are applying within the UK.
I was looking PBS Dependant policy guidance and it says in Part 8 of Immigration Rules (paragraph 319H-SD Specified documents and information):
(a) The applicant must provide two items from the list below confirming his residential address:
(i) bank statements,
(ii) credit card bills,
(iii) driving licence,
(iv) NHS Registration document,
(v) letter from his current school, college or university, on official headed paper and bearing the official stamp of that organisation, and issued by an authorised official of that organisation.
b) The documents submitted must be from two separate sources and dated no more than one calendar month before the date of the application.
What's this???!!
Ok we can provide one piece of evidence which is her bank statement, but she doesn't have any credit card, driving license nor she is studying in any college (she is working only)!
She does have a NHS card but she received that card 6 months ago, while UKBA wants it to be within 1 month! Absolute crap and nonsense!
Could you please urgently advise me what to do with this documents as we have an appointment after couple of days!
Is anybody applied with their dependant recently?
Thanks a lot!!! I really really need an answer from knowing person. Thanks a lot!!!
