Switching from UK ICT Tier 2 to Tier 2 dependent

My husband and I are in the UK on ICT Tier 2 visas but now I would like to quit my employment and switch to a dependent on my spouse's ICT Tier 2 visa; our 3 children are dependent on my visa.
Is it possible for me and children to do the switch while being in the UK? If so, what is the process?
