Home office lost my WRS application

Hi guys

Im from A8 country

First WRS registration i did in 2004 as a season worker ( I left after 2 months)
2nd registration i did in 2006 ( in less that one month)m i have changed my job after 7 months and did 3rd registration ( not in one month but after 3 months). The problem is that the home office didn't send me anything back after 3rd registration, i got only recorded delivery proof from 2007. In 2008 ( after 11.5 months) I started current job and been working here 5,5 years. Up to now i was sure that all is fine , but what if they gonna ask me for WRS from 2007 coz they did not get or lost my application?

Now they gonna probably refuse my BC form coz there is no proof for the continuity under WRS in the first 12 months.
I called Croydon HO line giving them my WRS number but they couldn't find me at all , even in 2006.

first of all your WRS will start from 3rd registration because according to the HOME office rules maximum break they allow is one month

what you can do is SAR request

yea i know about SAR but i wont get it before 28 OCT, my friend didnt has 12 month WRS between changing jobs and his application was aproved without any problems, thats why i dont know what to do, looks like some people are lucky and all is depended who is checking the application, after 28 oct i will have to pass that esol exam

If they got my 3rd registration , do they count this from the date i started my work or from the date they received it? im asking coz after 3rd registration i changed the job for current (5.5 years been now) so if they check only start date i worked 11.5 months under WRS, but if they check the received date its gonna be 3 months less which means i can applied for BC in 2017 coz when i started my last job i havent registered ( i was sure that 3 months delay on registration doesn't affect my 12 months work under WRS)
