OCI Collection time limit

Hi All,

I have applied for OCI last year and the OCI card has been ready for collection since July 2012. I have been too lazy to collect the OCI card.

Are there any timelimits to collection of the OCI card?
If I go for collection of documents will I get them the same day?.
