Can you use the same job code for 2 people?

We are a micro organisation.
We can only sponsor 1 person for year, but are requesting another allocation for another person.

If the company is a small company, can you use the same job code for 2 employees? One has already applied and received the visa. But we are planning to get another visa for another employee with the same job code.

why do you think you couldn't use the same SOC code for two employees? Of course you can provided the job description corresponds to the SOC code.
