Urgent Advice Required

Hi Guys I need your advice on my visa problem as My Tier 1 Entrepreneur application was rejected on 17th September 2013 and my solicitor has filled an appeal against home office decision on 25th September 2013.My company has arranged a meeting with me tomorrow to discuss Tier 2 visa as they are Tier 2 Sponsor. Guys is it possible for me to with draw my appeal and then apply with in 28 days for Tier 2 visa.My last visa was PSW and it was expired on 8 feb 2013.

Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks
