pls help! Business contract???

Post by samaygrg » Mon Oct 14, 2013 2:13 pm

Hello everybody

Can anybody kindly give me some suggestion on business contract that I am about to prepare? My exact concern is whose letter head paper will be used for the contract to be signed for? Clients' or My companys'????

Any valuable suggestion would be great help.

Cheers

@ samaygrg, you are the one rendering your service to the client and you will also be issuing invoice and then get payment from the other party, so its your letterhead that should be use for all the documents. All you need to include from your client is there company name, address, phone nos, and contact person.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.
