Are you referring to time it takes for an airplane carrying your application in a diplomatic bag to reach the visa hub? Or are you asking how long it will take for your visa application to be processed?

You can't take individual steps in a long chain of events and hope to get a satisfactory answer. Some countries in the world are now having UK visa applications sent to the regional hubs for processing, and then returned to the country where the application was originally submitted. Average processing times made in each country can be seen on the UKBA site and that is what you should be looking at rather than the fact that your particular application is in transit.
