Hi

Please help me with situation

I applied for a student visa within uk,
in public funded college, and submitted all my
Documents to HO, but now its been suspended .
My questions are:

Do i have to make a new application with another institute with
all documents, e.g : statement .

My college offers me that they will transfer me to another
Institute, but still i have to make a new application, is it right or i just
Have to send a new CAS as my documents are with HO, what will happen?

If i have to make a new application, i have to appear in english language
test, bcoz my IElTS has been expired by now, but i dont have any other document, except my passport to appear in english test .( passport is with HO)
What can i do?
Is there any way i can call or email HO with my ref number to send me
Passport temporarily for to appear in English test.(ielts etc)

Which english language test should i give to get the result, as
i have to send the certificate as early as possible.

Please advice me

Thanks

I left my post but didnot get any reply
So i call HO and asked them about my college suspension
And if i can send send them a new cas from another institute
and they told me that i can send them the CAS, but for that
I have to write my case worker that ( i want to change my sponsor due
to the suspension ) then case worker will send me a letter to send him/her
new cas letter and i dont need to send any other document.

What you think should the guy i spoke is reliable to do this.

Thanks

Note that you may vary an undecided in-time valid application instead of making a fresh application.

Undecided - the caseworker has not made decision (either approve or refuse) on the application.
In-time - the application was submitted prior to expiry of leave.
Fresh application - new application.

As previously stated, if they haven't decided on your initial application, then you should be able to vary it for the new college. I believe that this is similar to submitting a new application, but you just have to pay the difference in fees, if there is one. I think that you do have to complete the application form with the new college details, etc. State in a covering letter that you are making a variation (and not withdrawing your initial application).

I think that you should send everything (apart from the full fees), as if it was a new application.

To be safe, send new ielts and statements that have expired.

Perhaps someone who has made a successful variation may confirm?

Get the new cas and send HO including the covering letter .
Everything else is fine, the time you submitted the application your english test was valid.
Or
Wait untill your college will reappear in the list, till then they will keep holding your application.

Hi
Can you please advice me

As i have to send a new cas, and i will ask my suspended college for refund,
Will they inform HomeOffice about the withdrawal of the course.
because my new institute will take some time to issue the CAS letter .

If yes, after how many days.

Thanks

I think No new institute will give you cas in this situation, try to get the cas from the institute where the suspended college is transferring you ! and instead of informing HO about the withdrawal of course tell them to write to HO in support of your visa that they are transfering you to new institute !

I haven`t seen anyone exactly in same situation, but have seen few cases similar to it, where the Cas has been sent after submitting the applications and was succeeded.
