ILR for Tier2 ICT Visa?

I am Indian national working in the UK since 2010. I would like to know if I am eligible for Indefinite leave to remain?

05/06/09 to 03/05/10 -Tier 2 ICT Migrant- Did not use this visa, meaning was not in the UK for the mentioned time even though visa was granted

16/06/10 to 20/12/10- Tier 2 ICT Skills transfer visa- was in the UK for this period

21/06/11 to 20/05/12- Tier 2 ICT Short term staff migrant-was in the UK fo this period

03/02/2013 to 01/03/16 Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff Migrant- Will be in the UK fir this period



Starting from 03/02/2013 if i complete 5 years of stary continously, am i eligible for ILR?
