After eea2

Post by Rdiz » Tue Oct 15, 2013 11:06 am

Hello every one,
My question is, When is the continuous five years start? from the day you get married/civil partnership or the day your EEA2 permit issued?
Because I applied for EEA2 as soon as we had our civil partnership but my EEA2 permit issued 6 months after(date on the passport) we had our civil partnership. So I'm not sure When I should apply for EEA4. Please help.

Thank you very much. Do you know how much will cost me for the application? And how long will they take to issue my visa? Do I have to do the life in Briton test before I send the application?

The fees £55/person

You do not need the life in Briton test as it is only required when applying under UK LAW. You will only need the test if you decide to apply for BC one year after obtaining your PR.
GOD BLESS!!!

Evidence of your partner treaty right for consecutive five years.

You will need a visa if you are going on your own, but do not need one if you are going with your partner or joining your partner.
