Effect of immigration history on Application

Hi all,

Just want to know that i have applied T1 in 2k category, as my biometrics has been taken and received letter from home office that my case is with case worker.

All the funds in UK personal account
Business plan submit

Just worried that now i am on old style work permit and employer did not pay my tax from long time.

What are chances of interview and effect of immigration history on my application.
If some body on same ship please share their experience .

You need to be more specific. Was tax deducted from your salary by the employer before being paid to you? Normally, if a person is employed, and is having tax and NIC deducted by the employer, they can't be held liable if the employer does not then pass those deductions to HMRC. The employer is responsible for sending the tax on to HMRC each month. However, if you were not being fringed for taxes in your monthly salary, and were knowledgeable and complicit in what amounts to a crime, that would be a different matter.

Yes the tax was deducted from salary, but from long time they paid me in various ways, basically i am in this country from 2006 and work permit department also aware of my employer is doing this with me and regular blackmailing me to keep things on top.

How many chances for interview
And is any effect i am here from 7 yrs plus
Is there positive of money held in UK.
