Urgent! Please help! Issue in the previous 5 years addresses

Hi all! I have had 1 year tier 4 student and 2 years psw and now are transferring to tier 2 Gerneral. But in the last year I forgot to register two addresses to my police registration letter (one for 2 months, another one for 5 months). I am wondering what I should deal with this problem? Should I list all the addresses or only the ones on my police registration letter? Does HO check my address history? Thanks for help.
