Hi

I'm living in this country on a Tier2 visa. Am I still eligible to buy a house here under mortgage guarantee scheme? Does it come under public fund?

I'm not 100% sure, but obviously that anything on https://www.gov.uk/ is public fund.
what about calling them to be 100% sure?!!!

Expectation is you have a permanent UK residency at least for eligibility but worth calling them up to find out more.
