I am appeal for entrepreneur visa and i have paid the fees for the oral hearing.. can i switch to work permit as i have ready company to sponsor me

if you got graduate ent visa, then according to new rules you can switch into work visa, "graduate Ent" only

You are not yet an overstayer due to Section 3C/3D, but cannot make a fresh application until the appeal is finally determined or abandoned or withdrawn. If you make a fresh application, then you must meet all the requirements at that time.
