Hi all,
I have applied entrepreneur visa through PSW route 2 months before and its still pending.....Can i switch back to work permit or student visa, once i received my visa granted or refused?

Its up to you to wait for decision or to vary your pending application.

Why are you having doubt? Did you make any mistake in your application? I won't advice you to change to student visa even if you are eligible except if you have already been in the country for 8-9years or more.

You don't have to wait for the decision if you don't want to, you can send in a variation for whichever category you wish for, thereby saving money and also protecting your full appeal rights in case if you are refused in that category.
