Forget ILR, after new student visa rules, it's not possible for a student to stay legal in UK without attending college. Plus, it's also very difficult for a student to run a company as full-fledged director with company house registration.

So I think somebody miss-informed you or you are just getting over-mad due to some personal reason. Providing wrong information about somebody is also illegal and don't think you cannot be tracked or caught. Your every click on internet/websites been recorded somewhere.

Question is will person get automatically caught when they apply for ilr and its found out that they didnt attend college for 1 year? If we wish to report person to UKBA do we need to give our details to them or do they have confidential system for contact?
Why delete? It will help others in same situation!

Its funny being a moderater you are indulging in such antics

jus for info I have not mentioned anyone's name in my original post so I havent done any wrong.

By the way I am not trying to 'get personal' over someone! Its just that on one side I am leading a straightforward life as a student in UK and then I get sad and agitated that there are others living in UK violating the immigration rules! Regarding the info I just heard it from someone and cannot ofcourse confirm it as true but who knows it might be! UK is filled with 100s and 1000s of immigrants who are there to milk the system and hopefully settle down using ILR
