Application Naturalizsation BC after 12months PR Card/EEA4

Post by supajamiro » Wed Oct 16, 2013 5:45 pm

Timeline:
RC EEA National 30/3/2007
Permanent Residence card EEA4 31/10/12
Hi All
A few questions
I have a Permanent Residence card issued last year October based on an EEA4 Spousal application.
The relationship has broken down and my question relates to whether I need to prove my partner and myself have been exercising EC Treaty rights or can I apply as 6 years in the UK with 1 year of that being PR?
In form AN point 2.4 to 2.6?
Thanks for your help

If you apply 1 year after date of issue of PR Confirmation, evidence of treaty rights is not required. You can skip section 2.4-2.6.

Please note that from 28/10, there is a new requirement of English language to meet.

Thanks Jambo

Am I right in assuming that despite the fact we are still married I don't need to put any reference to my ex on the application?
The application is entirely on my own back now?

My Permanent Residence card expires on October 2022, is this PR sufficient?

It is near on a year since I have had it.

I am doing my english Test this Saturday the 19th October and have booked in for NCS on the 4th November

Thanks for your help.

James

If you are still married, you will need to put her details in section 1.31 of the form as part of your personal information. However, you are not required to provide any documents related to her.
