Do I need to write the names of my children in ILR form

Post by jara777 » Wed Oct 16, 2013 9:48 pm

Hi Guru, I am planning to apply for ILR next month from spouse visa. I am in a confusion whether to include my children's names in Section 3 in ILR form. It says only child residing in the UK. But my children have never been here and maybe in the future I may bring them here.

But when I filled for the Spouse Visa application back in 2010 I remember filling their names in the form. So will it have any affect if I missed their names in the form?

Your suggestions would be much appreciated?

You only need to answer the questions on the form in a format that is specified. If the form asks for the names of your children living in the UK, you can respond accordingly. You don't have to volunteer information that is not requested.
