Friends,
I have find this guidline on Home ministry website which tells even if your expired passport containing OCI -U Sticker, You can still travel to India on new passport but you need to carry both passports.

I thought you need to transfer sticker to new passport every time you renew passport. Is this apply on child OCI as well ?

No need to renew the PIO/OCI card. However you MUST keep the old expired passport with you as the PIO/OCI card has the old passport number.

If you wish to renew PIO/OCI you may via HCI London's Miscellaneous Services
