Naturalisation confused

Post by zeeshanzaheer » Thu Oct 17, 2013 11:49 am

My aunt want to apply for Naturalization. She has 2 children and they are OVER 18.She has ILR after 5 years Discretionary leave.
my questions are

1- Do all of them need separately complete AN application?
2- Children have to pay £874 as well as they are over 18.
3- Do all of them need to pass LIfe in the UK and B1 (they were exempt in thier ILR application )
4- What documents they need to show?

i have checked on the AN guideline it says that

Certificate of progression from one ESOL level to another along with evidence that the college is an accredited college and confirmation that the course followed by the applicant was ESOL-with-citizenship OR

Letter confirming success in the Life in the UK Test, stamped and signed by the Test Supervisor

can you confirm if they have ESOL with Citizenship course then still they need B1?
