Visa for Child born in UK

Post by Android-Guy » Thu Oct 17, 2013 2:22 pm

Hi,

Quick question, wondering what sort of application form one have to use if they want to bring their child in line with their visa status. Parents got Leave to remain on the basis of Article 8 (2.5 years leave). Child was born here and under 2 at the moment living in UK. They would like to go on a holiday.

Your help would be appreciated.

Many Thanks

Thanks Amber,

Our public enquiry offices cannot consider your application if you are:

any application outside of the Immigration Rules or not on any of these lists are not considered in our public enquiry offices.

does this include Family 10 year route also?

Your help would be appreciated.

as it says in the topic, will HO issue a BRP card for child under 2 years old?

Finger prints are only for over 6 years old, so how does the process will work?

Will they just send the card or child applicant have to go for photographs?

Thanks

I will answer that on me own :)

There is no requirement for Finger prints of under 6 years old child. A photograph will be taken for Biometrics.
