hi plz help me iI'm married to british girl in moroco my country but problme my wife not working I decided to went all the way to England illegal I am now with my wife, but illegally What are the measures that must be To become legal thnx for help

Short answer:

Return home, apply for spouse visa.

You will not be penalised for being illegal on its own.

Under present regulations, unless your wife is able to find employment paying a minimum of £18,600 a year (or you have savings over £16.000) an application for a spouse settlement visa won't succeed.
Do you have any children together?

My wife does not work and has a medical certificate that she could not work Is there a legal solution to become legal

I don't think you mean your 'brother'. It would help if your wife could post exactly what benefits she is claiming.
