HSMP Address

Hi,

I was going through the new HSMP Application guidelines and it mentions two different addresses for sending the HSMP Application.

The new address comes with the heading that in case you want to send your application through courier then send to that address.

Please help me out and let me know which address should we send the application to. I will be surely sending the application via courier.

Also, can someone let me know the method to get the delivery back. Can I schedule a pickup from them keeping in mind that they wont sign the cover while sending.
In that case whihc courier company should I go with?
