Need info about Spouse Visa

Hi everyone,

I am living in UK from last 7 years and I am on Tier 2 visa a the moment. I got married last month and my wife is British citizen. We been together from last 6 years (Not living together Thu)

Just want to know that which visa category should I apply for?

Assuming you do not want to/cannot follow a PBS route to settlement, see spouse leave.

Yes it is, however, you may be able to apply for settlement under the long residence rules after 10 continuous and valid years in the UK.
