Tier1 Entrepreneur Dependent Documents

I have got my Tier1 Entrepreneur visa .Please advise me the required documents to bring my dependent here in UK . My dependents are my wife ,son and daughter. My wife and son were here in UK as my dependent when I was on PSW. They went back to Pakistan and their visas expired there. And meanwhile my daughter was born there in Pakistan. Please guide me what documents required to bring them here in UK. I shall be very thankful for your cooperation.

@ star78, all the documents you required are in the PBS dependant guidance.

The main things you need is accommodation and maintenance fund (you cannot use part of your 50k investment fund as evidence of maintenance for your dependant).

And since your wife was previously in UK as PSW dependant, the application should be straightforward.

WHY DONT U READ THE REQUIREMENTS OF DEPENDENT VISA FROM UKBA WEBSITE? U WILL OBVIOUSLY NEED PROOF OF UR RRELATIONSHIPS WITH THEM SUCH AS BORTH CERTIFCATES, MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE, THEIR PICTURES, PASSPORTS, APPLICATIONS FORMS, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, PROOF THAT U HAVE ENOUGH ACCOMODATION, RENT AGREEMENT STATING NUMBER OF ROOMS ETC, MAINTENANCE MONEY.

Thanks for your reply dear members. I am thinking of the following documents for my dependents with their applications from outside UK . If you think any addition please let me know and it will be highly appreciated.

1-Accountant Letter for future earnings as I cannot use the Pay Slips of my previous Employer . I have left the job now
2-Business Account Statement
3-Company Incorporation Certificate and company appointment report .
4-Maintenance Funds (3x600=1800 pounds) for 90 Consecutive days from my own bank statement which was not part of 50000 pounds investment.
5-Tenancy Agreement
6-Sponsorship Letter from My side
7-My passport copy and BRP copy dually attested
8-Family members passports
9-My wife and son expired BRP
10-Nikah Naama (Union Council computerised)
11-Child Registration Certificates, Birth Certificates, Family tree Certificates,(for my kids)
12-Marriage Pictures
13- Passport size pictures of all the family members

Please advise me any thing else to add with these documents

Don't forget about TB test from Pakistan before apply dependent visa

Count in Property survey report and consistently contact with your family evidence.

@Olasunkami CAn an Enterprenuer show the required funds of maintenance for dependants frm an account which he used for his own maintenance not £50,000
say for example I used an account having £1800 pounds for last 4 months for my application(although my required was £900) and then I maintained that Can I use for my dependants(£600 x3=1800) from abroad?

hello star,

i think you need to provide the proof of contact with your dependent. this is very important now a days as they simply refuse the application with that reason. means how you contacting your dependent in back home like your itemized billing which shows the call records. or if you texting on whatsapp or viber you can easily printout the history.

HI Guys

The dependent maintenance fund should be £1800 each and £900 self (1800* 3 +900 = 6300). if you are applying from abroad.
If you are applying from inside UK then the maintenance fund is £600 each depended and £900 self(£600 * 3 + £900 = £2700) and it should be for 90 consecutive days.

please correct if i am wrong.

Yes you are wrong.
Funds depends on the duration of stay of the main applicant ,,,,not inside UK or outside UK.
