Hi guys I need your advise please. We have sent the bundle and now we have realised that in contract by mistake we have written 15k monthly instead of annually the first copy we sent in application it was annually. Now please advise what to do. Thanks

Just send another bundle with right information. you can change yr bundle or appeal grounds as many time as u want before 5 days of hearing. minor changes can be accepted even in those 5 days as well.

To add to what tanvir1985th wrote, you can send new bundle with correct documents and add a covering letter asking the tribunal to replace the previous bundle with the new one.

Spoke to my solicitor he said take edited copy of contract with you on bearing day and inform the judge that you made that Mistake.
Is it ok? My hearing is on 23rd coming Wednesday. Just 2 days left.

As the hearing is near, then your solicitor's suggestion is the best option.

normally bundles are sent just before the deadline if it has happened in your case make a letter for your client with an apology that this mistake we have identified within the contract that needs to be changed, then take an acknowledge in shape of letter from client, you will have to sign the contract again where delivery of services it there have been any before new contract stay the same, take this contract and copies of those letters with you to the court you lawyer can explain its mistake identified later on services provider and the services receiver are happy to have a correct contract signed.

it is highly unlikely that HO re-check the evidences you provided at the time application unless a reason behind the refusal because every party involved in appeal will look at it.

if said document is a part of refusal you should also be careful making any arguments about it as there are three stages where you provide same document, at the time of application,at the time of lodging an appeal and when you supply bundles before the hearing, as you have not mentioned at what stages before bundles to hearing you had provided this document I am unable to say anything more about it.
