Mariage visa advice

Post by besi1988 » Sun Oct 20, 2013 11:21 am

Hi everyone ,
I've been in Uk for almost 3 years under tier4 visa .
Since I've been in the Uk i have been living with my partner and we can prove that.
We are now planing to get married and my questions are :

1- Do this time (3 year living together or 4 years in relationship ) counts on my application or do I start from beginning like a new relationship ?

2- What type of visa do you think i will get ?

3- What application form will i have to fill ?

Thanks in advance :-)

See Spouse Leave inside UK. the route to settlement is 5 years and there is a financial requirement.

Consider also, the EEA route.
