BRP card place of birth issue

BRP card place of birth issue

Hello,
I have received my BRP card. I have a slight issue (which I hope can be ignored) My name, Nationality and Date of Birth are correct, but, my place of birth is little long so they haven't printed the last two letters. Would this going to be an issue as the main details are accurate.

Same is case with me but I have not faced any issue so far. But while booking Life in UK test I ensured that place of birth in their form matches one on BRP card and they did check that before letting me sit for exam.

There is an maximum number of letters they can accommodate on the card, so probably your birth place is longer than that.

I would not worry about it.

I have just got a reply from BRP error team saying that place of birth is restricted to 16 characters including space- thanks
