Its now 1.5 years of marriage and during this 1.5 years my EEA wife was a qualified person as self sufficient on my income and we have csi too mean 1.5 years evidences i have. But now EEA national want to leave UK because its own country has better future and not want to live with me and I have only 10 months to go to reach my 10 years for getting ILR. Do these two statements match? I believe there are some provisions to
retain the right of residence when one's spouse leaves the Country. Others will be able to verify.

thanks you amber for your time,
Actually so far been the marriage is only 1.5 years not 3 years for retaining right and after spending a long time by paying university fees/income tax etc. this thing is happening only 10.5 months before when i will qualify for ILR - 10 years. I have no children and that relation with eea national has cost me to loose all relation with other relatives/friends etc. I have all evidences since getting marriage that EU national is qualified person but for next 10.5 months i really do not know how can i fill up.

Has your eea spouse attained PR? Have you applied and in receipt of your confirmation of rights under the EEA regulations? (EEA2) your right to live in the United Kingdom in tied to your EEA spouse living in the UK, but you might be able to make up for the time even if your EEA spouse leaves the UK provided they have attained PR before doing so, but I cannot confirm if the time spent on the EEA regulations will be counted towards the completion of the 10 year rule you are hoping to apply for as the 10 year rule is issued under the immigration rules.

Eu national has not got PR only have EEA1 registration card. I also already have EEA2 Residence permit for the past 1.5 years. Yes its true that visa officer will count time under eu route for long residence ilr 10 years if eu national is exercising treaty rights which i have for the past when i get EEA2. But i do not know what should i do for only next 10 months to reach 10 years.
If i send with long residence application after 10 months the eea1 registration card, then will it be good.
