Hi all
I am currently on ILR and will be trying to get my wife down here soon. I was told yesterday by a colleague that it takes a minimum of 3 months for ILR dependent applications. Its only for a Tier-1 dependent that decision is normally made in 2-3weeks!

Is he right?

What is the current processing time of spouse visas for ILR-dependent from India?

Yes, Settlement route visas are having a turnaround time of 56 working days as of now at Chennai.

That is so strange!

Can u let me know if opting for Express service has any effect on the processing times?
