Help Regarding Capping and can I apply for Tier 4 Visa

Hi All..

Need guidance from all friends.

Came to UK on Student Visa in Jan 2005 and Since then following is my details.

Jan 2005 - Jan 2006 Diploma
Feb 2006 till Jan 2007 Advance Diploma
Feb 2007 till March 2008 1 Year BBA
April 2008 till Feb 2009 Adv Diploma
March 2009 till Feb 2010 Post Graduate Diploma
March 2010 till March 2012 MBA from University
Lastly
April 2012 till March 2014 Post Study Work Visa (PSW)

Now can I go for ACCA or CIMA in March 2014 ? or only PHd is the solution ?

Please help and guide me experts, as I am getting mixed replies and I am getting confused.

Study cap won't allow you to study further because you already spent 7 years and 2 months on study visa. PhD program is 3-4 years long but the cap of 8 years won't allow to join it either.

It's much better if you apply for tier 1 entrepreneur.

Yes you are eligible to apply for ACCA course, but only for one year...and if you apply for PHD you will get 3 Years visa.

Is it Possible to study on the ( level 7 ) for 5-6 years by doing different courses at the same level including : { level 7 Diplomas (different subects) , MBA and then MSC }

And does the appeal period will be counted towards 5 years cap.As it is mentioned on UKBA website :

" We will not include the extra periods of permission to stay we gave you before or after the main course of study".
