Ukba withdrew a day before hearing

[I VE A LIFE WITHOUT TIER2]

Hi guys, any idea what to expect or what the next action should be? My tier2 application was refused a few months ago due to natwest bank statement not signed ( collected over the counter ). I was at the court today for hearing but was told ukba withdrew yesterday. Any ideas, experiences will be greatly appreciated.
