General Visitor Visa for In laws

Hi there

Its a bit urgent ,I am on Tier 1 General visa at the movement and my wife is due for delivery on dec 25 2013 at the movement we have invited our parents from india and they are on General visitor visa But they are going back to india on Nov 20 2013. and we are planning to apply for our In laws General visitor visa on 28 Oct 2013 .

So my Question is do i need to mention that my parents are going back to India on 20 nov 2013 during my in laws application for general visitor visa ???would there be any problem ???
we got our parents return ticket on 20 nov 2013 that we can show as prof.

please suggest.Thank you
